I had the pleasure of documenting Umang and Chandi’s engagement party this past Saturday at Agora in Conway. Wow! What a great way to get engaged! They began the evening with many traditional Hindi rituals that included a ceremony conducted by a priest and an exchange of gifts. After the ceremony a traditional Hindi dinner was served and their family and friends told stories about the couple. Later, everyone joined the couple in dancing and celebrating. I had such a great time learning about this special ritual. I can only imagine what the wedding will be like! Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your engagement! -Clay
